Spring sketching holiday in the Minervois

Have sketchbook will travel!  Enjoy a couple of days capturing the beautiful scenery in and around beautiful Bize-Minervois.  Whether you are already sketching or an absolute beginner, Annette will guide you step-by-step. You’ll complete your stay with a book full of great sketches and plenty of good memories too!

Our sketching itinerary starts the evening of 26 April.  For the next two days we will start sketching in the morning and after lunch you then have a chance to explore the area on your own or do some more sketching!

Materials: We will be using a basic sketch kit (items will be available for you to use on loan if you do not have your own).  You will need your own A5 spiral-bound sketchbook which can be purchased on arrival.

Where to stay?

Maison des Palmiers is a beautifully renovated town house situated in the charming riverside town of Bize Minervois offering a choice of 5 en-suite bedrooms. There is a lovely garden where you can sit in the shade of the trees or sunbathe by the swimming pool. For your convenience the use of a fridge is at the disposal of all guests. Complimentary tea and coffee are available throughout your stay.

Cost:
3 nights bed and breakfast in a double or family bedroom with private bathroom 340€ (single occupancy)  

3 nights bed and breakfast double or family bedroom with private bathroom 370€ (1 sketcher 1 non-sketcher)

Prices exclude meals and snacks.  3 course evening meals available 25€ including all drinks.

Please note that the pool will be open if the temperature is above 15°C.
