Stone Walls and Sketchbooks

In this workshop in Puisserguier we’ll explore the historic streets to study doorways, archways, castle walls and windows. You don’t need previous art experience – just an interest in old French buildings and developing your powers of observation!

Workshop starts 9.30am with a quick warm up sketch over coffee.

You will need a sketchbook with paper 160gsm or higher – which can be purchased on the day if you do not have your own.

We will also use a black waterproof ink pen, HB pencil, basic watercolour kit, brush and water pot. A small portable folding stool and comfortable shoes are also recommended.
A sketch kit can be provided on loan if you do not have your own.
